See http://www.dictionary.com/browse/terra?s=t TERRA is a well known word used to market vehicle off-road vehicles and accessories. There are a number of well known examples of off-road vehicles and accessories that use the word TERRA. One is the Nissan vehicle XTERRA. Hence, applicant disclaims the use of the word TERRA in combination with the word TERRASLIM as used in the application. As such, the mark should proceed to publication.
