Hello Mr. Sullivan,

Thank you for your email. Yes adding inner tube should be fine. Please proceed.

Dear Mr. Harb,

My name is John Sullivan and I am the Trademark Examining Attorney assigned to examine Trademark Application Serial No. 88612145 for ENIX. I am writing with regard to a minor issue with the identification of goods that can be resolved via email. Specifically, I would like to add the word “inner” before the first instance of “tubes.” The amended ID would read as follows:

International Class 012: Bicycle parts, namely, brake shoes, tires, inner tubes, change-speed gears, derailleurs, disk wheels, drive chains, fork crown covers, forks, front fork joints, gear wheels, handle bar ends, handle bar stems, sprockets, tubes and connectors for bicycle frames; Bicycles.

If this is acceptable, please let me know and I will issue an Examiner’s Amendment and move the application forward.

Thank you,

John Sullivan
