I am reviewing the above referenced trademark application. In review of this application, there is one issue that can be resolved without the need for an office action.
We require an amendment to the mark description because it does not fully describe the design element in the mark drawing. The applicant may adopt the following if accurate:
Mark Description: The mark consists of the letters "XYG" in stylized form with a stylized circle and flame design element immediately to the left.
Please let me know if you approve of my amending the mark description as described.
