In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

In the Office Action having a mailing date of December 17, 2019, the Examining Attorney required the Applicant to enter certain amendments to the goods identified in Class 10. In response, Applicant amends the identification of goods herein. It is now believed that the case is in condition for publication and such action is hereby respectfully requested.
