My name is Jonathan Falk and I am a Trademark Examining Attorney at the United States Patent and Trademark Office. I’ve been reviewing the above referenced trademark application and overall it looks pretty good. There is an issue with it, however, which can be addressed via an Examiner’s amendment with your consent.
The Section 2(f) evidence is acceptable so the only issue is that the owner’s entity information was omitted. Based on their other applications and registrations they appear to be a Delaware Corporation. If this is correct I can add this to the record with your consent via and then approve the mark for publication.
