EXPLANATION OF FILING
While the mark "Hello Love" is intended to be associated with the hotel branding, the stylized nature of the mark has only recently been approved by corporate partners. There was an urgent need to preserve the literal elements of the mark while the stylized version was making its way through the approval process. Now that the stylized mark has been approved, it is the mark that will ultimately be associated with the hotel's brand. The stylized nature of the mark, coupled with the non-generic and non-descriptive nature of the same, will further strengthen the distinctive nature of the mark. Per my telephone call with the USPTO today, i.e. November 25, 2019, this mark is scheduled for publication on December 4, 2019.
