I am writing regarding the service mark application for "GBC" (SN 88586343). The only issues in the application have to do with the mark description. Specifically, the color black appears with other colors in the mark, and therefore, it needs to be claimed and added to the mark description. With your authorization, I would like to amend the color claim and mark description as follows:
The colors yellow, blue, green and black are claimed as a feature of the mark.
The mark consists of the uppercase characters “C”, “G”, and “B” in stylized black text, where the “C” and “G” characters are overlap with each other and are shaded in yellow. They interconnect with the top half of an uppercase "B" of similar size and font, the top half shaded in blue and bottom half shaded in green. Additional stylized black rectangles surround the perimeter of the overlapping letters “G” and “C”. The white areas represent background and are not part of the mark.
May I enter these changes for you with an Examiner’s Amendment? If you have any questions, please let me know. Thank you for your cooperation.
