We just spoke about your “4” trademark application and as I was getting ready to send out the Examiner’s amendment, I noticed that you also have extraneous wording in you color claim. If it is acceptable to you, I would like to change the current color claim of “The color(s) light green (CMYK 70 / 0 / 80 / 0) and teal (CMYK 80 / 12 / 54 / 0) is/are claimed as a feature of the mark” to “The colors light green and teal is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.”
