Thank you for catching the mistake. We are an Alabama LLC located in Alabama under the laws of Alabama not Alaska.
Best regards,
Mark Rohrer

Dear Mr. Rohrer,
I am the Trademark Examining Attorney at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office reviewing the application set forth above. I just tried calling your office, but was disconnected.
I am completing my initial review of your trademark application for PINXEL-RF, and I wanted to check on the following. In the application, you list the owner as Rohrer Aesthetics, LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of Alaska. Since your address is in Alabama, I wanted to check and see whether listing Alaska as the citizenship was a mistake, and your company is actually an Alabama LLC. If so, I can correct that via an Examiner’s Amendment.
If you can respond by email or telephone by Friday November 22, 2019, I can make this correction from my end via an Examiner’s Amendment.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you,
/Alina Morris/
