USPTO database searched; no conflicting marks found.  The trademark examining attorney searched the USPTO database of registered and pending marks and found no conflicting marks that would bar registration under Trademark Act Section 2(d).  15 U.S.C. §1052(d); TMEP §704.02.

 

Application has been amended as shown below.  As agreed to by Stefan Blum on November 22, 2019, the examining attorney has amended the application as shown below.  Please notify the examining attorney immediately of any objections.  TMEP §707.  Otherwise, no response is required.  Id.  In addition, applicant is advised that amendments to the goods and/or services are permitted only if they clarify or limit them; amendments that add to or broaden the scope of the goods and/or services are not permitted.  37 C.F.R. §2.71(a).

 

Identification of Services

 

The identification of services is amended to read as follows: 

 

“Providing venture capital, development capital, private equity and investment funding; venture capital fund management; venture capital advisory services; financial planning and investment advisory services; Financial and investment services, namely, asset and investment acquisition, consultation, advisory and development; financial investment brokerage services; providing a website featuring educational information in the fields of venture capital funding and financial investments” in International Class 036;

 

“Transmission of electronic messages among users in the field of business, economics, industry, entrepreneurship and technology via online community forums” in International Class 038;

 

“Business training; training services in the fields of brand development, brand incubation, brand management and acceleration, and training with respect to provision of resources in connection therewith; education services, namely, providing training and business training consultancy in the fields of branding and brand development; business training in the fields of entrepreneurship and branding; Business education services, namely, conducting online and in-person classes, seminars, workshops and training in the fields of business, advertising, and brand development; interactive online training services in the fields of brand development, brand incubation, brand management and acceleration” in International Class 041;

 

“Hosting an online community website featuring shared communications between community members interested in brand development, brand incubation, brand management and acceleration; Computer services, namely, creating an on-line community through social media platforms for registered users to participate in discussions, get feedback from their peers, from virtual communities, and engage in social networking featuring business, economics, industry, entrepreneurship and technology” in International Class 042.
