Thank you, Mr. Foster. My intent for adding “for organizations” was to keep the ID in the scope of the original wording for software for use by organizations. In that regard, in your current proposal, can we please add either “namely” or “including” between “enterprise omnichannel communication services” and “customer experience”?

Thank you for the Response to Office Action filed on the subject application. The deletion of Class 38 is accepted and made of record; and sufficient basis for withdrawal of the 2(d) refusal. This application should be in condition to proceed subject to the applicant’s adoption of the amended identifiction of services for Class 42 proposed below. If the applicant accepts the proposed amendment, I will issue an examiner’s amendment accordingly:
