SERIOUSLY!?

The Trustee of the Jeff Dunham Trust dated March 24, 2010

RE: U.S. Trademark Application Serial No. 88575283 SERIOUSLY?! (Response Requested by November 18th)   Kevin,   Thanks for your email below.  The applicant in this case is a trust with the address listed.  The “c/o” can be removed.    I also note a typo in the owner name, as it should reflect “…Jeff Dunham Trust” not “Jeff Dunham Estate.”  If this requires an amendment filing, we can handle both that and the address change on our end very shortly.  Please advise.   Best, Pete     Pete BromaghimPartner Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP d: e: 424-369-2056Peter.Bromaghim@wbd-us.com

Kevin,

Thanks for your email below.

Hello Mr. Bromaghim,

I’ve reviewed the above trademark application for registration.  Before I can approve it for publication for opposition, however, you must provide the actual domicile street address of the applicant.  Starting on August 3rd and in light of the new rules regarding domicile, the Office generally no longer accepts c/o addresses unless the applicant is able to demonstrate that the listed address is, in fact, the applicant’s domicile street address.

Please let me know by November 18th, if possible.

Thanks,

/KGC/
