Application has been amended as shown below.  As agreed to by Kelly Kubasta on January 15, 2020, the examining attorney has amended the application as shown below.  Please notify the examining attorney immediately of any objections.  TMEP §707.  Otherwise, no response is required.  Id.  In addition, applicant is advised that amendments to the goods and/or services are permitted only if they clarify or limit them; amendments that add to or broaden the scope of the goods and/or services are not permitted.  37 C.F.R. §2.71(a).

IDENTIFICATION OF SERVICES

The identification of services is amended to read as follows:  “Medical diagnosis of HIV, herpes, hepatitis, syphilis, chlamydia, gonorrhea, trichomoniasis, HPV, mycoplasma, and ureaplasma; Providing a web site featuring information in the field of sexual health, including living a healthy and disease free life; Providing a website featuring information in the field of the diagnosis and treatment of HIV, herpes, hepatitis, syphilis, chlamydia, gonorrhea, trichomoniasis, HPV, mycoplasma, and ureaplasma; Health screening services in the field of HIV, herpes, hepatitis, syphilis, chlamydia, gonorrhea, trichomoniasis, HPV, mycoplasma, and ureaplasma; Providing medical information to consumers in the form of reports in the field of sexually transmitted diseases; all the foregoing services consist of, or feature, tests for the presence of pathogens or other foreign bodies or substances in bodily fluids; and all the foregoing exclude services which consist of, or feature, dna or genetic testing.”  See TMEP §§1402.01, 1402.01(e).
