I am in receipt of your response in the above referenced applications.  The applicant entered a disclaimer of “7’s” however the mark does not contain and apostrophe and the disclaimer need to be amended to disclaim “7S”.  I propose adding the following statement to the record by examiner’s amendment. 

 

No claim is made to the exclusive right to use “7S” apart from the mark as shown.
