EXPLANATION OF FILING
Applicant requests amendment of this application from "Engineering design services" to "Engineering design services, namely, designing solutions for individuals who have been marginalized and/or are suffering from humanitarian problems, and not in the field of cloud computing infrastructure", and that Applicant's request for registration is based on Applicant's intention to use the mark in the future pursuant to ?1(b) of the Lanham Act.
