In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

The cited registration (U.S. Registration No. 1228718) was owned by an affiliate of Applicant and was recently surrendered as the design mark is no longer in use. As such, the citation should be withdrawn and the present application should be allowed to proceed to publication.
