IDENTIFICATION OF SERVICES AMENDED

 

The identification of services in Class 35 is amended to read as follows (amendment in bold): 

 

Class 35: (Based on Intent to Use) Automobile consignment services, namely, on-line retail consignment stores featuring automobiles; retail and consignment store services, namely, on-line retail store services featuring classic, luxury, exotic, and vintage cars and vehicles as well as trailers; (Based on Use in Commerce) providing information about automobiles for sale by means of the Internet; retail store and retail consignment store services featuring classic, luxury, exotic, and vintage cars and vehicles as well as trailers; providing purchase advisory and consulting services to consumers in the field of the purchase of classic, luxury, exotic, and vintage cars and vehicles

The identification of services in Classes 36, 37, and 39 remain unchanged.
