We are in receipt of your office action issued for the above-referenced application requesting the amendment of the services as filed.

 

Kindly advise if you would accept the following:

 

Mobile vending in the field of ITEMS FOUND IN CONVENIENCE STORES provided via mobile vending RECEPTACLES used in rideshare vehicles.

 

The items will vary from vehicle to vehicle but could be anything purchased in a convenience store, like food and drink, but also condoms, phone chargers, etc.  Also, if possible, we would like to use receptacle in place of box.  As a synonym of box, we do not believe it is an expansion of the services as filed.
