Dear Mr. Brescia:
My name is Gretchen Ulrich. I am the trademark examining attorney assigned to the above-captioned new application. I can immediately approve it for publication if you authorize me to enter an Examiner’s Amendment regarding the following issue(s):
Amendment to the Identification of Services
The wording “Providing coaching services in the field of health” and “Providing coaching in the field of therapy, health conditions including mental health, wellness, self-improvement and personal development” in the identification must be amended to indicate the nature of the coaching services that are provided, such as “personal coaching” or “group coaching.” Applicant may adopt the following substitute wording, if accurate: “Providing personal coaching services in the field of health; Providing personal coaching in the field of therapy, health conditions including mental health, wellness, self-improvement and personal development.”
Amendment to the Mark Description
The mark description must account for all significant aspects of the mark. Therefore, applicant must account for the single line circle in the mark and the shading of the flower. Applicant may adopt the following substitute mark description: “The mark consists of a stylized depiction of a shaded flower with a colorless single line circle at its center. The stylized wording "A YEAR OF WELLNESS" is written within the flower.
Please contact me no later than 3 pm ET today, November 4, 2019, if you wish for me to execute the Examiner’s Amendment. You are welcome to respond to this email.
Kind Regards,
N. Gretchen Ulrich
