Application serial no. 88550674 FURRY TAILS(Standard Characters, see http://uspto.report/TM/88550674/mark.png) has been amended as follows:

ARGUMENT(S)
In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

I have received the refusal for my trademark 88550674. I wish to clarify that the current trademark held by Furry Tails U.S. Registration No. 5494159 FURRY TAILS for “Plush toys” in International Class 028 is for goods, not services. They create toys.
I do not provide goods of any kind, I provide a service, grooming. Would it be allowable to add the word GROOMING to my application? So then it would read FURRY TAILS GROOMING. Would that allow enough clarification so as to not be misconstrued with a maker of toys?
