The following description of the mark replaces the current description of record:

 

The mark consists of "ECC" in stylized white font within a rectangle with multiple shades of blue.

CLARIFICATION OF OWNER’S NAME

 

Applicant states for the record there was a typographical error in the name portion of the application. Applicant is Strategic Analysis, Inc. a corporation organized/incorporated under the laws of Virginia.  See 37 C.F.R. §2.32(a)(3)(ii)-(iv); TMEP §§803.03 et seq., 803.04.
