ARGUMENT(S)
In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

In the Office Action dated October 17, 2019, the Examining Attorney required the Applicant enter certain amendments to the services identified in Class 41. In response, Applicant enters the required amendments herein. Applicant submits that the amendments to Class 41 are within the scope of the original description because adding a subject matter to certain phrases included in the original description, namely, "providing courses of instruction at the primary and secondary level" and "organizing and conducting lectures" narrows the scope of the original description. It is now believed that the case is in condition for publication and such action is hereby respectfully requested.
