Hello,
If you have the deposit account number, you can provide that in response to this e-mail and provide the authorization to charge $275 in the e-mail as well. I can then forward it to our finance department to charge.
Kevin

Hi, Kevin. Thank you for your email.
We would like to include both Classes 7 and 12 as proposed and will pay he additional fee, presumably via our deposit account. If there is an easy way for you to confirm such payment without the need for a further action, we are certainly open to that. Please advise.
Thanks again.
With kind regards,
Bob Freed

Hello Mr. Freed,
I’ve reviewed the above trademark application for registration. Before I can approve it for publication for opposition, however, amendment to the identification of goods is required. Specifically, “rubber track vehicles and wheeled utility vehicles used in landscaping, construction, forestry and agriculture” belong in Class 12 and would require an additional filing fee. I can (1) delete “front end loaders” and move the remaining goods to Class 12, (2) delete the Class 12 goods such that the application proceeds only as to “front end loaders” in Class 7, or (3) include both Classes 7 and 12, and require the additional filing fee in an Office action.
Please let me know how you’d like to proceed by October 17th, if possible.
Thanks,
/KGC/
