United States Trademark Application Serial No. 88523466
Dear Martin W. Schiffmiller:
I am the assigned trademark examining attorney for the above-referenced application. Currently, the wording “silk screen printers for home use” is classified in IC 16. However, the proper classification for this item is in IC 7. Do you wish to remove this clause from the identification of goods? Alternatively, would you want to add this clause to IC 7 (and pay the additional fee)?
Thank you, and I look forward to hearing from you.
Jimmy McNamara
