SEARCH OF OFFICE DATABASE OF REGISTERED MARKS
The trademark examining attorney has searched the Office’s database of registered and pending marks and has found no conflicting marks that would bar registration under Trademark Act Section 2(d). TMEP §704.02; see 15 U.S.C. §1052(d). However, applicant must address the following issues:

The following description is suggested, if accurate: The mark consists of the letters ATS stylized in blue within an oval composed on a blue arrow above the letters moving from the letter “A” to the letter “S” and a yellow arrow beneath the letters moving in the opposite from the letter “S” to the letter “A”; the color white in the background identifies transparent areas and is not a feature of the mark.
In the alternative, if the color white is a feature of the mark, applicant must a description and color claim that references the color white as a feature of the mark
The following description is suggested, if accurate: The mark consists of the letters ATS stylized in blue within an oval composed on a blue arrow above the letters moving from the letter “A” to the letter “S” and a yellow arrow beneath the letters moving in the opposite from the letter “S” to the letter “A;” the background is white.
Color Claim: The colors blue, yellow, and white are claimed as a feature of the mark.
