1)      The following disclaimer for both applications:  No claim is made to the exclusive right to use “PHOTOS” apart from the mark as shown.

 

2)      Clarification of “app” in the identification: “International Class 009:  Downloadable computer software in the nature of a mobile photography lab application that allows users to store digital photographs and order prints and other professional photographic products, based on both digital photographs taken by professional photographers and digital images uploaded by users.”
