I reviewed the ID Manual, the Register and applicant’s prior applications and registrations.  I also reviewed applicant’s website here to understand the nature of the goods.  I think some further clarification of the modular track systems is needed to identify the goods in Class 012.  Please let me know if you would like to adopt the following:

 

Modular track systems being parts for mobile land-based agricultural and industrial machines used to help the machines move, namely, ground-engaging modular track systems comprised primarily of a drive wheel, idler and bogey wheels, and an endless rubber belt
