In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

Information about Goods Required: The following link will provide the requested product information on the goods: http://www.ipgcf.com/bliss-fluff-pulp/ No, the goods are not designed for, or will be marked or used to make ?bliss? ? type boxes and packaging materials, including those described in the attached article from Packaging Digest. In addition, BLISS is not made from or regenerated from ?bliss?-type boxes and packaging materials.

Applicant proposes to amend the following:
Current: Class 001 for pulp, namely, cellulose pulp, fluff pulp, wood pulp, paper pulp and regenerated pulp
