I am the attorney assigned to U.S. Trademark Application No. 88519148 for OPTIMUM. I have reviewed the application and there is a minor issue preventing its approval.

 

Specifically, the identification of goods includes indefinite wording. The following identification is recommended (edits in bold):

 

003: Concentrated all-purpose cleaning preparations in liquid, granular, and gel form used in the preparation of cleaning solutions; Industrial and commercial laundry detergents and non-medicated soaps
