Identification of Goods and Services

As discussed with Courtney Adams Thornton on January 21, 2020, the identification will reads as follows, consistent with applicant’s prior Registrations:

 

Vehicle rental, vehicle lease and vehicle subscription services, namely, short-term provision of motor vehicles; providing information relating to vehicle sharing services, namely, providing information about motor vehicles available for temporary use and the temporary use of motor vehicles by means of the Internet; motor vehicle sharing services, namely, providing temporary use of motor vehicles; providing reservation services for the temporary use of motor vehicles; providing information regarding emergency roadside services; providing an online searchable database of motor vehicles available for temporary use via the internet and other electronic communications networks in International Class 039.
