Dear Mr. Kim,
This email is a follow up to the voice message I left earlier. I have examined the trademark application for “PEBBLE BEACH”, and it appears to be mostly in order. However, before I can approve the mark for publication, the following issue must be resolved. Upon applicant’s direction and consent, I can handle this on my end via Examiner’s Amendment to expedite the process.
The identification must be amended to provide more specificity for applicant’s goods and remove a registered trademark (onesies). Applicant may adopt the following amendment, if accurate (suggested additions indicated in bold, deletions with stikethrough):
· Class 18: Golf shoe bags; shoe bags for travel; drawstring pouches for holding golf accessories; leather cases for holding golf scorecards; umbrellas; bags for sports
· Class 20: Picture frames; plaques of plastic and wood;
andnon-metal trophies
· Class 25: Clothing, namely, tops, bottoms, belts, hats, visors being headwear, socks, shorts, vests, pullovers, sweatshirts, hoodies, shirts,
onesiesinfant and toddler one piece clothing, cloth bibs and gloves, scarves, bathrobes, and leggings
Once we resolve this issue, I intend to approve the mark for publication. Please indicate whether I have the applicant’s permission to make this change, and let me know if you have any questions.
Respectfully,
/Jonathon A. Schlegelmilch/
