In the present Office Action, the Examining Attorney has noted a potential likelihood of confusion between Applicant's Mark and the prior-filed application WYLD, Application Serial No. 79231470. The prior-filed application was abandoned as of October 14, 2020, so it no longer presents a potential bar to registration of Applicant's Mark. Applicant respectfully requests that the refusal be withdrawn and the present application be allowed to proceed.
