Dear Ms. Ashton,

 

I am the assigned trademark examiner for the above-referenced applications.  I have reviewed the applications and the applicant must amend the identification of goods in class 19 in each application.

 

Specifically, the class 19 identification in each application currently reads “Concrete storage modules for use in storage of used nuclear fuel and high level nuclear waste; concrete storage modules for housing steel canisters for use in storing used nuclear fuel, and high level nuclear waste”. The wording “concrete storage modules” does not provide enough information about the product to be a definite identification of the goods. If accurate, applicant could substitute the wording “concrete storage casks” or “concrete storage tanks” in each case. If applicant agrees, I can make these modifications via examiner’s amendment and we can move more quickly through the registration process for these applications.

 

Please contact me by email or phone by 1 PM EST on Monday, September 30, 2019, if you agree to allow me to correct the above by examiner’s amendment.  Also, do not hesitate to contact me should you have any questions.  If I do not hear from you by that time, I will issue a formal Office action on this issue.
