On October 1, 2019, applicant filed a preliminary amendment correcting a typographical error in applicant’s name.  This correspondence concerns matters unrelated to the outstanding Office action dated September 26, 2019 and is thus considered non-responsive such that it does not extend the response period for that Office action.  See TMEP §719.  Therefore, applicant must respond to the outstanding Office action within six months of the issue date of September 26, 2019, to avoid abandonment of the application.  Id.
