Good morning Mr. Finch,

 

I am the trademark examining attorney reviewing the above referenced application for your client, Ice Sports Industry. In review of this application, there is one issue that can be corrected without the need for an office action.

 

An amended description of the mark and color claim is required for completion and clarity. The suggested description of the mark and color claim would read, with suggested changes in bold:

 

Description of the Mark: The mark consists of a front facing black and white penguin on silver ice skates with her flippers raised. She is wearing a green pleated skirt and a green bow with green, pink and orange ribbons on her head. The bow has the letters "ISI" in black on it. The right leg is raised. Her eyes are black and white and her eyebrows are black. She is black with a white stomach. Her feet are black and orange and her smile is orange.

Color Claim:  The color(s) black, white, dark green, medium green, light green, dark orange, light orange, silver, pink and dark pink is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.

 

Please let me know if you would approve of my amending the mark description and color claim as described.
