It seems like we’ve been playing some phone tag, so I’m sending you this email so you can see the proposed Identification of Goods modifications that I discussed in my message.  I reviewed your response to the Office action and I believe the application will be ready to move forward if applicant agrees to the following modifications:

 

Class 9: Camera stabilizing systems comprised of camera mounts and supports featuring , namely, stabilizing systems comprised of rests and platforms made out of metal with tension springs; Camera mounts and supports; Camera mounts that isolate a moving camera from vibration; all of the foregoing for use in film and video production
