I have examined Applications SN. 88501349 for the mark “R” and SN. 88552916 for the mark “PURLED PIXELS”, and each looks pretty good. However, there is an issue for each application that I must address before they can be approved. I hope to address these issues informally and receive your approval to make amendments on my end to expedite the prosecution of the applications.
Specifically, for SN. 88501349, the description of the mark requires amendment, and I suggest the following: The mark consists of If you approve of this amendment, I can take care of it on my end.
Additionally, for SN. 88552916, the disclaimer of “PIXELS” appears to be unnecessary. However, the word “PURLED” appears to be merely descriptive of the goods. Accordingly, I can amend the disclaimer statement to disclaim "PURLED” rather than “PIXELS" if you approve.
