CLASSIFICATION AND LISTING OF GOODS/SERVICES
Applicant hereby deletes the following class of goods/services from the application.
Class 042 for providing a downloadable application for mobile phones that enables users to invite others to meet in person, see and act on invitations posted by other users, use Global Positioning Satellite based tools which enable users to signal their location and social interests to others, mobile application services, namely, providing an interactive mobile application featuring technology that allows users to manage their profile and account settings

Applicant proposes to amend the following:
Current: Class 009 for downloadable application for mobile phones employing Global Positioning Satellite data to facilitate meeting with friends and attending events
Filing Basis: Section 1(b), Intent to Use: For a trademark or service mark application: As of the application filing date, the applicant had a bona fide intention, and was entitled, to use the mark in commerce on or in connection with the identified goods/services in the application.
