Disclaimer Required The trademark examining attorney argued that the wording "STEMCARRERS" in Applicant's mark is merely descriptive of Applicant's service and requested a disclaimer be submitted in the application. Applicant respectfully disagrees the trademark examining attorney's argument, but willing to add the disclaimer in its application. 2. Description of mark required The trademark examining attorney requested the description of mark be amended. Applicant agrees to the amended description suggested by the trademark examining attorney. 3. Conclusion Applicant believes that Applicant's response to this Office Action has satisfied the requirement to approve Applicant's trademark application. | |
