I am in the process of reviewing the above-referenced trademark application for DANG SOFT. The only thing we need before I can approve is a disclaimer of “SOFT”. This term is descriptive with respect to applicant’s clothing, which is presumably soft or “smooth or fine to the touch.” See http://www.ahdictionary.com/word/search.html?q=soft.
