The identification of services didn’t need any changes. The class needs to be reclassified. In the application, they were classified as Class 43, but they should be in Class 44.

Dear Joanna,
Thank you for reaching out about this application. I think you may have intended to show some amendments to the description of services, but those didn’t come through (there was no bold text and what you propose matches the application).
Let me know what changes you recommend and I can circle back to you.
Thank you,
Brian

Hello Brian P. Gregg,
My name is Joanna Han, and I am the trademark examining attorney for your trademark application you submitted to the US Patent and Trademark Office.
Below is information regarding your trademark application.
MARK: STAMPEDE
SERIAL: 88493695
DOCKET: 31317.0003
I would like to discuss the applicant’s identification of services in International Class 43, “Providing information in the field of diabetes; Health screening services in the field of diabetes”. These services are not categorized in International Class 43, but should be classified in International Class 44. I have provided a suggested amended wording of the identification of services in International Class 44 for the applicant below, and, if accurate, applicant may accept the suggested changes (suggested changes in bold):
Class 44 Providing information in the field of diabetes; Health screening services in the field of diabetes; Health screening services in the field of diabetes
To expedite the review process of your application, I can make the changes for you and send you an Examiner’s Amendment confirming the changes. Please note, applicant may amend the identification to clarify or limit the services, but not to broaden or expand the services beyond those in the original application or as acceptably amended. Generally, any deleted services may not later be reinserted. For assistance with identifying and classifying goods and services in trademark applications, please see the USPTO’s online searchable U.S. Acceptable Identification of Goods and Services Manual.
If you have any questions and/or concerns, please feel free to reach me at your most convenient time. Please also note that I will need to take action on this file as soon as possible and would appreciate your response by Tuesday, September 24, 2019.
Best,
/Joanna Han/
