Subject: From the USPTO: Amendment to FLOWSAFE (Ser. No. 88493432) and STABLE VORTEX (Ser. No. 88493436) Applications

Dear Mr. Parent,

I am the trademark examining attorney handling the trademark applications for FLOWSAFE (Ser. No. 88493432) and STABLE VORTEX (Ser. No. 88493436). I need to make a small amendment to the applications in order to move them forward. I need to add the following to the record:

IDENTIFICATION OF GOODS AMENDMENT: The contents of “kits” must be explained as they are in the last clause of the ID. I’m suggesting deleting “ventilation hood conversion kits”.

The identification of goods is amended to read as follows:

  • Class 11:  Ventilation hoods; fume hoods, namely, laboratory ventilation hoods; ventilation hood conversion kits comprising baffle assemblies, baffle controls, door kits, door assemblies, turning vane assemblies, lighting, alarms, system controls, and alert monitors
