I am the Trademark Examiner assigned to the above-referenced application. I have reviewed the application and have discovered one issue which, with your express authorization, can be resolved through issuance of an Examiner’s Amendment/Priority Action, as you have expressed an intention to perfect the Section 44(e) basis, and thus a foreign registration certificate is required.
Identification of Goods
The identification of goods is indefinite and must be clarified. The following amended identification is suggested, if accurate:
