However, I noticed that an actual response hasn’t been filed, requesting that the application be amended to the Supplemental Register.
Therefore, as soon as you get a chance, please either call or email me back letting me know if that is your intention (to amend the application to the Supplemental Register) and I will take care of it for you via an Examiner’s Amendment. Otherwise, you will still need to file a response to the Office Action within 6 months of the issue date.
