The outstanding Office Action requires Applicant to explain whether the wording “Bundle” has any significance or meaning in the relevant trade or industry. Applicant submits that its services permit different schools or school districts to group together in making offers to purchase school supplies and equipment to achieve better buying power and, thus, lower prices.
