I am the assigned trademark examining attorney for the above-referenced application. I just left you a voicemail but thought I would email as well in case this was more convenient.
The applied-for marks have two minor issues that I believe can be addressed via examiner’s amendment. They are as follows:
U.S. SERIAL NO. 88488011- HARBOR TRUST COMPANY
This application requires a disclaimer for the wording “TRUST COMPANY”.
U.S. SERIAL NO. 88507327- HARBOR TRUSTED PARTNERSHIPS TRUSTED SOLUTIONS
The clause in International Class 16 requires that the printed publications be specified, e.g., brochures; booklets, etc. Applicant’s prior registrations specified the publications as reports. As such, the following is suggested:
INTERNATIONAL CLASS 16: Printed publications, namely, reports in the field of investments
Please let me know if these amendments are acceptable to you. Note that if I do not hear from you by MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 23, 2019, I will issue a formal refusal on the matter.
