Hi Erin - I’m working at home on this snow day so that’s why I missed your call. Please go ahead to say that white is merely a background and not part of the mark.
Thanks,

I am the examining attorney assigned to this mark.
It has been pulled out of order because of the color white in the drawing.
We need to either claim white as a color or say that white is merely background and is not a part of the mark.
Please let me know which way you want to proceed and I can take care of with an examiner’s amendment and the case will be put back in order.
Thanks very much, Erin
