Amended Identification of Services

 

The identification of services is amended to read as follows:  “Business assistance services in the nature of outsourcing services” in Class 035.  See TMEP §§1402.01, 1402.01(e).

Amended Description of the Mark

 

The following description of the mark replaces the current description of record:

 

            The mark consists of a miscellaneous design of geometrical vector images in blue, red and grey. A vertical grey line appears to the right of the aforementioned design. To the right of this line is the wording "ARDEM” in blue and above the wording INCORPORATED" in grey. The wording "SUCCESS DELIVERED" appears in grey below the word "INCORPORATED".  The background is white.

Significance

 

The following statement is added to the record:

 

            The wording “ARDEM” has no meaning other than trademark significance.
