I have examined Application SN. 88478573 for the mark G.I.L.I. GOT IT LOVE IT, and it looks pretty good.  There is, however, one issue I must address before I can approve the application.  My hope is to resolve this issue informally via examiner’s amendment to expedite the prosecution of the application.

 

Specifically, the wording “electric depilatory devices” in the identification could encompass goods in another class (e.g., “electrical applicators for applying cosmetics to the skin in the nature of cosmetic spatulas for use with depilatory preparations” in Class 21), and thus, this wording must be clarified.  Accordingly, I suggest the following amendment (bold text indicating suggested change):

 

In Class 3, Cosmetics; skin lotions; non-medicated skin care preparations; body sprays; body washes; body oils; self-tanning preparations; hair sprays; hair sheen sprays; hair styling preparations; styling foams for hair; hair care creams; hair styling mousse; hair texturizers; non-medicated hair serums; hair oils; non-medicated dry shampoos; hair masks; hair coloring preparations; fragrances and perfumes

 

In Class 8, Electric depilatory appliances

 

In Class 21, Electric face cleansing brushes; make-up brushes
