To the Commissioner for Trademarks:

Application serial no. 88477841 AI.MAP(Standard Characters, see http://uspto.report/TM/88477841/mark.png) has been amended as follows:

ARGUMENT(S)
In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

The Examining Attorney has issued a non-final office action in the subject application, refusing registration of Applicant's mark AI.MAP on the Principal Register in Class 7 as allegedly being merely descriptive of Applicant's applied-for goods. In response, Applicant is simultaneously filing with the USPTO an Amendment to Allege Use, and hereby requesting amendment of the subject application to the Supplemental Register. Applicant respectfully submits that the Examining Attorney's points of objection have been resolved and requests prompt registration. If the Examining Attorney has any questions, or if it would otherwise facilitate registration of the application, she is requested to contact Applicant's attorney.
